1. Shipping Partner

We have partnered with Delhivery to ensure fast, secure and reliable delivery across India.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

        Estimated Delivery Time:

        4–7 business days depending on your location.  
        Metro cities may receive faster delivery.
    

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track your order directly on the Delhivery website.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders.
Nominal charge may apply for Cash on Delivery (if available).

5. Return Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Tags and invoice must be intact.

6. Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
